Shipping & Returns

Shipping + Handling:

All items are processed and shipped from Missouri, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm CST, exception to priority shipping. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped within the next following 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships (processing time may take a little longer during the holidays). 

All orders are shipped with a flat rate fee of $6.99 for standard shipping and $15.00 for express. Orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days after order is finalized. When the label is printed you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update. You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 

Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been delivered. All packages are sent with a tracking number, so please keep an eye out for your packages. 

 

Returns + Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item. You must contact MUVA + BAE Boutique at info@muvabae.com regarding any return requests. Please allow 48-72 hours for a reply to your inquiry. Return requests have to be approved by a member of our team or the return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your return will be processed in the form of a STORE credit, E-Gift Card (it never expires). Returned items must be received within 10 days of initiating the return process. We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. Returns will not be accepted outside this timeframe.  

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the order was defective.  We do not provide a return shipping label. If you paid a shipping fee it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. No cancellations on orders that have already been shipped. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, no makeup stains, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All items marked, final sale items, accessories, and body suits are not eligible for store credit or returns.
